Hello, my name is Ke’ Shae Mitchell, born and raised in San Francisco, CA, and I am currently a Graduate student of Pfeiffer University. I obtained my bachelor of arts degree in Psychology with a minor in Dance and Criminology. I developed a sense of care for wanting to help others, make them feel comfortable, and express themselves. Through my college journey, I learned that people struggle. Families have struggles. Individuals and families go through life-changing obstacles that may interrupt the family system or even how someone functions daily. Through Structural therapy and Narrative therapy, I want to help individuals and families find themselves and take control. I believe that everyone needs an outlet to express themselves and find their way in everyday life. I am very passionate about my work and helping others achieve their goals through the therapeutic process. With time, consistency, determination, and understanding, anything is possible. The idea and goal are to bring peace and discover tools to help navigate when clients have obstacles come their way.
